By accessing or using the Pizza Kitchen website, mobile experiences, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms apply to visitors, registered customers, and anyone submitting enquiries or orders through Pizza Kitchen.

Pizza Kitchen provides information about our menu, restaurant offerings, and online ordering options available in the Maldives. Menu availability, pricing, and item descriptions may change without notice.

Some features—such as menu browsing, checkout, or order tracking—may depend on integrations with third-party systems including EquityPOS. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every feature at all times.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases through the Services.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Pizza Kitchen may confirm, modify, or decline requests based on kitchen capacity, ingredient availability, or pickup scheduling.

Prices displayed online are indicative unless confirmed at checkout or in writing by Pizza Kitchen. Applicable taxes and bank charges may apply.

Where bank transfer or receipt upload is enabled, payment is not complete until Pizza Kitchen verifies receipt of funds.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorized access, scraping or bulk harvesting of content, interfering with site performance, submitting false orders, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

All content on the Services—including logos, food photography, text, layouts, and brand assets—is owned by Pizza Kitchen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content for commercial use without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference related to an order enquiry.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Pizza Kitchen does not warrant that the site will be error-free, secure, or free from interruptions.

Menu information on the site is general in nature. Please contact us if you have questions about allergens, dietary requirements, or ingredients before ordering.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pizza Kitchen and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or food purchased through them.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pizza Kitchen for the relevant order in the three months preceding the claim, or MVR 1,000, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last published. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
