Pizza Kitchen brings Malé a wood-fired menu rooted in the same patience and layered craft as Liyelaa Jehun — the traditional Maldivian lacquer work where bowls are polished by hand, coat after coat, until they gleam.
We carry that reverence into the kitchen: Caputo 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, and dough fermented for 72 hours before it hits our custom basalt kiln at 900 degrees.
